Carrots, French Beans, Moringa, Stinging Nettle, Kale, Cabbage, Spinach, and our mix of Traditional Vegetables (Managu, Kunde, Pumpkin Leaves) are sourced directly from our smallholder farms and can function as a hearty component to any meal.
